Do you require a deposit?
Yes, A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit holds your reservation date and goes towards the rental amount.

Does the price include setup and delivery?
Yes, the price includes setup and delivery. Delivery fees are applicable when necessary.

What time is drop off/pickup?
We work very closely with the customer to fulfill their request.

Are customers responsible for damages?
All inflatables are inspected before and after each use and noted if there is any damage. If new damages beyond normal wear and tear, fees will be assessed.

What is your Inclement Weather & Cancelation Policy?
If inclement weather is in the forecast and customers are unable to use the inflatables a rain check will be given that is valid from one year to the date of the original scheduled reservation.
